Welcome to Barosy! These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop www.barosy.nl and constitute the agreement between you as a customer and Barosy as the seller.

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Barosy and to every agreement concluded between Barosy and the consumer.
3. Product range
We do our best to display the products as accurately as possible. Barosy is not liable for any (color) deviations on your screen.
All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
4. Ordering and payment
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Payment must be made in full before the order is shipped.

5. Shipping and delivery

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

7. Complaints and warranty
If you have a complaint or if your product is damaged, please contact us within 7 days via klantenservice@barosy.nl
We will process your complaint as soon as possible, within 14 days at the latest.
The legal warranty applies to our products.
8. Liability
Barosy is not liable for indirect damages such as consequential damages, missed savings, or damages due to business interruption.
9. Privacy

10. Force majeure
Barosy is not liable in case of force majeure (such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances) which temporarily prevent us from fulfilling our obligations.
11. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
