If you order on a working day before 4:00 PM, your package will be shipped the same day.

Please note for pre-orders: we will ship these starting October 26, in the order they were received. You will automatically receive an email with a track and trace link as soon as your package is on its way.

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over 100 euros. For orders below that amount, we charge standard shipping costs, which you can view in your shopping cart before checking out.

Yes. During checkout, you can choose to have your order delivered to a PostNL pick-up point near you.

Yes. Within the Netherlands, everything is shipped via PostNL; internationally, via UPS.

If you are ordering from outside the EU, please keep in mind that import duties and VAT in your country are for your own account upon arrival. These costs are not included in the price you pay us.

You have 14 days from receipt to return your order. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the labels still attached and in the original packaging.

Register your return via the form above or by email, and we will send you the instructions. Our returns policy contains all the terms and conditions.

First, check the size chart, which can also be found on every product page. All measurements are body measurements in centimeters.

Are you right between sizes? Choose the larger size if you prefer a looser fit, or the smaller size if you prefer a tighter fit. If you are still unsure, send us a message with your measurements, and we will be happy to help.
