Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
To exercise your right of return, please contact us at klantenservice@barosy.nl , stating your order number and the products you wish to return.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be in its original condition

Be unworn and unwashed

Have original tags and packaging

Not fall under the exceptions (such as sale items or personalized products)
Barosy reserves the right to refuse returned items if they do not meet the above conditions.

Damaged or worn items
Return costs
The costs for returning products are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed. Please ensure that you sufficiently stamp the package and preferably send it with a track & trace code.
Barosy is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund
Once we have received your return in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account you paid with within 5 to 10 business days.
Did you pay with Klarna? Your invoice will be adjusted or cancelled once we have processed your return.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or color? Please first send an email to klantenservice@barosy.nl. so we can reserve the desired item for you (if in stock).
